This meditation explores what happens when we let go of the idea of meditation itself. Not as a practice to improve experience, but as a simple noticing of what is already here. The word meditation often carries expectations — of progress, calm, insight, or effort. In this guided reflection, those ideas are gently questioned and set aside, allowing attention to return to immediate experience, just as it is. You’re invited to notice: 🔹 Whether anything is missing in your experience right now 🔹 If there are any gaps that need filling, or anything that needs to be done 🔹 Whether experience has edges, ends, or boundaries 🔹 What remains when ideas about an observer, a practice, or even “meditation” are dropped This is not about achieving a particular state or understanding something new. There’s nothing here to learn, believe, or hold onto. The questions offered are not meant to be answered conceptually, but sensed directly, referring only to what is present now, rather than the past or the future. What did you notice?
