The problem I kept running into was how to implement OST material. The OST is mixed differently from the game files, so trying to balance the audio perfectly was a major hassle, to a point where I just said "stuff it" and mostly used the game files. There is one OST stem in the entire song. Hellspawn Rift doesn't really have a chorus per se, which gave me a rather unique challenge. Instead of repeating the opening heavy stem like I usually would, I decided that I should double down on that really groovy, "First-Person-Shooter-by-Clint-Mansell-esque" riff.
