With a smaller yield of my Peruviano Arancio peppers than I usually have, I decided to make a batch of Sweet Hot Pickled Peppers. I tried my hand at this a few years ago with some unripe peppers I was salvaging at the end of the year and the 2 jars worth that I made were gone in a flash. So, this year I took my harvest and made 4 - 500 ml and 5 - 250 ml jars. The next day I thought that the process was really so simple and the result so delicious, maybe I should make a video to help my viewers give this a try. I added 6 more 250 ml jars. The amazing thing is how I can fill a room with words and sentences and paragraphs. Forty-one minutes of me talking. I actually managed to edit it down to 13 minutes. You're welcome. I hope you actually do make this. It is ideal if you have a bowlful of partially ripe or even completely unripe peppers because after 4 weeks/a month - a month/4 weeks -- the pepper rings will be utterly delicious. And still provide enough heat. you will be surprised.
