www.solidremote.com - Solidremote SR-A2 is compatible with ATA PTX-5 V1 TrioCode garage door remotes, suitable for ATA EasyRoller roll up garage door remotes, SecuraLift overhead garage door remotes, ATA slide gate remotes or swing gate remotes. To program your newly bought ATA PTX-5 remotes, please refer to following two methods. First, if you have direct access to receiver, you can use this way to program remote to receiver, such as ATA FHCRX2 V1.01 standalone receiver, as follows. 1. Press and hold SW1 (for Relay 1) or SW2 (for Relay 2) on receiver board. 2. Press the remote control button you would like to use to control the device for two seconds. 3. Release the remote control button and pause for two seconds. Press the same button again for two seconds. 4. Release SW button. 5. Press the transmitter button to test operation. Note: To remove a single transmitter's code from receiver memory repeat steps 1-5 above. Second way is to use remote storing, in this way you do not need to direct access the control panel or receiver. However, you do need at least one genuine ATA PTX-5 or our replacement SR-A2 that is already coded into the opener. 1. Take any pre-coded genuine ATA PTX-5 or our replacement SR-A2. Press the button for the function you require until the door / gate is activated and release. 2. For genuine ATA PTX-5 remote - Then using a small needle press through the Coding Hole and hold firmly for two seconds. / For Solidremote replacement SR-A2 remote - Press button 3 and 4 at the same time for two seconds. 3. Within 10 seconds, take the additional transmitter you wish to code. 4. Press the transmitter button you would like to use to control the door for two seconds. 5. Pause for two seconds then press the same button again for two seconds. This button should now be coded. 6. Wait for 10 seconds, then press the just coded transmitter button to confirm that it operates the door / gate etc. Note: The door / gate or courtesy light will be activated when the step above is performed. The moving door / gate or light switching on is to confirm that the correct button was pressed and the transmitter is in range of the opener.
