The Younger brothers were part of the James-Younger gang robbing trains, stagecoaches and banks. They were some of the longest lasting ones as they were pretty successful avoiding capture. Eventually they were caught and Bob Younger died in prison from tuberculosis. Cole and Jim were paroled in 1901. Jim committed suicide in a hotel room in St. Paul, MN after he was denied permission to take a ladies hand in marriage. Cole lived out his days as a changed man. He became a Christian and repented of his sins. He did tour the south with Frank James lecturing in a Wild West Show. Other than that he lived out the rest of his days as a model citizen. #oldwest graves #famous
