These tubs are perfect for keeping your counters clean as you season your meat. 2 pork butts fit perfectly in this tub and helped with the cleanup as everything was contained in the tub. The Drip Ez tubs also collapse so they are easy to store. I also brined a corned beef that I turned into pastrami in one of these tubs and it fit a brisket flat perfectly. Will definitely use these tubs for marinating large pieces of meat or if I have to marinate large quantities of meat in the future.
