The No Deaths rule is segmented between Scenes that always begin with a fade-in from black, whether you're entering from the previous Scene or starting it via the Scene Selection menu. The XP bar will jump between the fades to black, but will not jump during gameplay as evidence. This series was not recorded in order of Acts - so rank & XP will be out of order across videos, but all the scenes for an Act were recorded together.
