And repeat. This is NOT fuel. This is a trap. And now the numbers are showing the damage: ⚠️ 🇱🇰 Sri Lanka’s Health Crisis (2024–2025): 💉 Over 1 in 5 adults in Sri Lanka has diabetes or pre-diabetes. ❤️ Heart disease is the #1 killer in Sri Lanka. 🍚 We consume 3–5 times more refined carbs than our bodies actually need. 👦 Children now show signs of obesity, poor focus, and energy crashes — before they even hit puberty.
