Just follow these simple steps to make this yummy mango pound cake Mango Puree: Some sliced mangoes Blend the mangoes & your mango puree is ready. Ingredients: Butter: 60g (1/4 cup) at room temperature Sugar: 1/4 cup Egg: 1 Mango Puree: 1/4 cup (for puree watch video) All purpose flour (Maida): 2/3 cup Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp Some crushed nuts (any of your choice) : Optional Recipe: Take butter at room temperature in a bowl & add sugar in it. Now mix them well. Now add egg & mango puree & mix well. Tip: You can also use hand whisk. Now add all purpose flour, baking powder & baking soda & sift them all. Now mix all the ingredients well. Note: pre-heat your oven at 170°C for 10-12 minutes. Now shift the batter into a greased pan & spread some crushed nuts of your choice.
