Getting started with Your Portal

When receiving care at St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS), you can register for #YourPortal, a secure and practical online tool to access, record, and contribute to your mental healthcare and treatment online. When you register with Your Portal, you will be able to: • view your appointment details • access video links for your scheduled individual appointments • receive notifications from your care team • complete forms • upload documents • access other helpful resources for your recovery and wellness. Our staff can start the registration process, or you can complete the online registration form on our website. @PatientsKnowBest-PKB, our portal provider, will send you an email with instructions to complete your registration. When you log into Your Portal, the welcome message will explain how to use Your Portal and where to find its main features. You will see notifications about appointments and online forms; these also come to your email. You will be able to access different sections of your record, such as events and messages, a diary, files, and treatments. Only you, your care team, and those you choose to invite can access Your Portal. You can invite others and control their access in the Sharing section. Your Portal gives you access to #wellbeing activities, #mentalhealth information, guides, news, and more in its Library. Your Portal actively contributes to your #mentalhealthcare and #treatment and supports your #recovery.
