This video presents the original, non CGI, AMT model version of USS Constellation Adrift from Season Two's episode The Doomsday Machine. Contrary to Spock's statement that the entire Bridge is damaged and uninhabitable, it sure looks pristine here. Is it possible that the humans who torched the model didn't really know where the bridge was? Had they not watched The Menagerie? There are other shots of the AMT model bridge with a black X on it that appear to have been added later. Also, the oversight on the "found adrift" shot appeared to have been subtly corrected in the remastered version.
