Click here to Subscribe:- http://bit.ly/KolkataKnightRiders Download the Knight Club app now :- https://www.kkr.in/knight-club-app Facebook :-   / kolkataknightriders   Twitter :-   / kkriders   Instagram :-   / kkriders   Website :- https://www.kkr.in Whatsapp:- https://wa.me/message/3VQX2XQE5FQ4I1 Peri Peri Fish Paturi with Aloo Bhaja Multi-Cooker 1.5 Litre PMC 4.0 with Steamer Griller Fry Pan Kitchen Knife Steel Kadai Ingredients: Peri Peri Marinade: Red onion – 1 small, chopped Red bell pepper – 1, chopped Yellow bell pepper – 1, chopped Red chili Fresno – 2 small Piri-Piri or Thai bird’s eye chilies – 2-3, stems removed Garlic cloves – 4 pieces Kosher salt – 2 teaspoons Paprika powder – 1 tablespoon Lemon zest – 1 tablespoon Lemon juice – ¼ cup White vinegar – ½ cup Vegetable oil – ¼ cup For Fish: Bhetki fish fillets – 4 thick fillets Mustard oil – 3-4 tablespoons Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons Salt – to taste For Banana Leaf Parcels: Banana leaves – 4 square pieces Strings – 4 long pieces For Aloo Bhaja: Potatoes – 2 large, sliced into roundels Salt – to taste Mustard oil – 1-2 tablespoons Instructions: For Aloo Bhaja: Marinate potato roundels with salt and mustard oil. Place the potato roundels in the Prestige air flip fryer. Close the tray and cook until crisp, observing through the clear glass. For Peri Peri Marinade: Grind red onion, red and yellow bell peppers, Fresno chilies, Piri-Piri or Thai bird’s eye chilies, garlic cloves, kosher salt, paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar, and vegetable oil into a smooth paste using the Prestige Endura Pro mixer and grinder. For Fish Preparation: Rub salt and lemon juice on fish fillets and set aside. Prepare banana leaves by gently passing them over an open flame to make them pliable. Coat each fish fillet generously with the Peri Peri marinade and mustard oil on both sides. Wrap each marinated fish fillet individually in banana leaf squares. Secure the parcels with strings, ensuring no gaps (use extra banana leaf if needed). Cooking: Once potatoes are cooked and crisp in the air fryer, flip the Prestige air fryer to grilling mode. Place grill tray, brush with mustard oil, and arrange fish parcels. Grill for 20 minutes, flipping the parcels halfway through cooking. Serve hot grilled Peri Peri fish parcels alongside crispy aloo bhaja.
