Getting The Doors Aligned & Latching!!! - Mike's 1934 Ford Crappy Cabriolet

After a long hiatus on Mike's 1934 Cabriolet, it's time to get back to work. Matt and Mike have been looking at the car off camera for the last few weeks to get a game plan on the next few steps. The first major thing is adjusting the body to the point where the doors fit the cowl. The rear of the floor is sagging a little causing the doors to point up, and the cowl needs some shimming to get the gaps just right. After a few hours, both doors latch and the body line is lining up across the cowl, door and quarter panel. Next Mike fits up the reproduction rocker panels for Matt to weld into place. Hopefully in the next episode we can work on fitting the quarter panel patch and wheel wells!!
