Wedding favours, horseshoe cupcakes! In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make fondant horseshoes to decorate your cakes and cupcakes with. I have made these horse shoes with basic flowers on them to be wedding themed / ideal to use at weddings, whether it's on the wedding cakes or to use as horseshoe wedding favours. I use renshaws fondant in this video, you could also use modelling paste, gum paste or flower paste. If you do not need your mini horseshoe models to be edible, you could use polymer clay or fimo.
