TBG will provide seamless integration with the Gombak LRT Station and serve as the main transit point for the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), along with serving as a hub for taxis, and buses. TBG will become a major transportation hub in the Kuala Lumpur area, complementing the existing Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Bandar Tasik Selatan. This terminal primarily caters to inter-city buses traveling from the East Coast to the Klang Valley. Located next to the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and within a short distance from the Karak Highway, TBG is also connected to the Gombak LRT station and the under-construction ECRL station in the future. The ECRL is expected to be completed by December 2026, with the line running from Kelantan to TBG. The section extending from TBG to Port Klang is set to be finished by December 2027.
