Roselle Avenue at Claribel Road in Stanislaus County will close starting tomorrow for at least one year as part of the $184 million North County Corridor project. The closure will allow construction of an overpass interchange and the realignment of Hwy 108, designed to reduce congestion and improve east-west travel between Modesto, Riverbank and Oakdale.
