An amazing explore and even found an area where uniforms and stuff had either been left behind or still used 😬 Me and Tom are in this explore as the others couldn't get inside but was a sight to see and absolutely huge with some cool graffiti definitely worth a visit and a pool Built in 1857 for the accommodation of up to 60 convicted juvenile boys. The Reformatory had its own engine on site however was ineffective when a fire broke out in the westside workshop block (1880) which were recuilt in (1881). The swimming pool had been installed by 1888 and the reformatory had even suffered more tragedy with two 15 year old boys dying while attending to the boiler to heat up the school chapel, The boiler exploded killing one boy instantly while the other boy died the next day in the infirmary from his injuries. The building was listed in 2009 as a heritage site by English Heritage as "extremely rare with only 3 other listed examples and none of the size and completeness" The place has now been left to rot away.
