However, Eco Business Park has been a big part for this developer. Beyond just selling land, they also provide Built-to-Suit Services of their warehouse or factory and businesses. This will serve as a one-stop-solution for many oversea businesses who are trying to setup their brand in Malaysia. A great plus point would be the location of the Eco Business Park V that’s situated next to their largest township development Eco Grandeur, where the amenities are complete and that compliments the workforce required for businesses. Not only that, the developer is even building their own extension of highway so the business park can be connected directly to LATAR highway. But what stands out will still be their brand DNA, where I am very perplexed by it. It broke my belief of industrial lots being minimalist and cost oriented. These fancy gate treatments, complete infrastructures along with Green Building initiatives will compliment brands for sure. So it depends on the intent companies have for these industrial structures. However, not all businesses are welcomed as they have guidelines to ensure that environmental impact will be minimized.
