This is a great heated muff for people like me whose hands get cold in the winter. It has a built in USB cable that connects to any ordinary power bank. It has 3 heat settings, the hottest being 149 degrees F. I've been using it a lot this winter already to keep warm. It was cheap too, $20-$30.
