After that make a dough by using lukewarm water and rest it for 15 to 20 mins. *Chocolate Filling: Chocolate Spread half cup Chopped Almonds 4TB Spoon Chopped Pistachio 4TB Spoon Chopped Cashew 4TB Spoon Sugar Powder 1TB Spoon Desi Ghee half TB Spoon Process: Take a pan and add all nuts in it and roast them for 10 to 15 mins. Then add sugar powder and desi ghee in it and caramelize the with it .After that spread them on a tray for cooling. Then add these nuts in chocolate spread and mix well. Your Chocolaty filling is ready. Now make samosas and fry them in a light hot oil on a low flame until you get a nice golden color. Your delicious samosas are ready serve them with chocolate sauce. Recipe # 2 Ingredients: Chicken ka keema (1 paoo) Salt 1 Tea Spoon Black pepper powder 1 Tea Spoon Paprika Powder 1 Tea Spoon Dried Parslay 1 Tea Spoon Garlic Powder 1 Tea Spoon Chilli Sauce 1 TB Spoon Sirka 1 TB Spoon Soya Sauce 1TB Spoon Cheese Mozrala and Cheeder mix Process: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Rest the mixture in a fridge for 1 hour.After that Greese your hands with the oil and give them a shape of popsicles by using icecream stikcks.Then coat them First in a all purpose Flour.Then in eggs and at last in bread crumbs.Fry them in a hot oil on a medium flame until you get a nice golden brown color. Sevre them with the sauce of your choice and Enjoy them.... Recipe # 3 Ingredients: Bhalian 250g(1 pao) Yogurt half kg Sugar half cup Muraba 2 TB Spoon Salt 1TB Spoon Almonds 3TB Spoon Banana 12(1 dozen) Apple 3 Cream 1 Pack Process: Take a bowl and add cream and yogurt in it. Then add Sugar, Salt and Whisk it well. Then cut Fruits in it. Cut Fruits at a time when you ready perfectly your yogurt. Otherwise, your fruits color turned black which not seems good. Mix all ingredints well by adding Muraba and Almonds in the end. At last serve your Cream Bhalian with Imli and Allu Bukhara chutne.At last sprinkle almonds over your Cream Bhalian and Enjoy it.. Recipe # 4 Ingredients: Boneless Chicken half kg (500g) Bread Slices 3 3 Boiled Potatos (1 cup) Medium Onion 3 Coriander leaves (Hara dhania) 5TB Spoon Green chillies(hari michain) 4 Red chilli flakes(Kutti hoe mirch) half Tea Spoon Chicken Powder 1 TB Spoon Ghee 1TB Spoon Salt 1 Tea Spoon Black Pepper 1 Tea Spoon Oregano Half Tea Spoon Garlic Powder Half Tea Spoon Ginger Powder 1/3 Tea Spoon Soya Sauce 2Tb Spoon Sirka 2TB Spoon Chilli Sauce 2TB Spoon Process: Add all the ingredients in the chopper and chop them and take out the mixture in the bowl. Make the shapes of the donuts with mixture. First coat them with egg then in the bread crumbs. Fry them in a hot oil on a medium flame until you get golden brown color.Now your amazing chicken Donuts are ready Serve them with a creamy Sauce.You can also freeze these Donuts for ramadan as well as for Eid............. .................................................................................
