Toronto Stage 2 Reopening Walk - Eaton Centre & Downtown on June 24 [4K]

A 4K downtown Toronto walk recorded on Wednesday June 24, 2020. The city to has finally been allowed to enter stage 2 of reopening which includes hair salons, shopping malls and bar, restaurant and cafe patios in addition to a number of other places allowed to reopen. Unfortunately things like dine in service, cinemas and amusement parks will have to wait for stage 3. I recorded this on the first day of the reopening just after 5 pm and the weather was 22 degrees Celsius which is 72 in Fahrenheit. I head south down Yonge Street from College and walk through the Eaton Centre which has been closed for the past 4 months to Queen Street. Then it's up to Dundas Street and over to University Avenue and then along Queen Street West. Finally I find my way over to St Andrew Station. The announcement to move into stage 2 came just a few days earlier so a lot of stores weren't yet ready to re-open and it was a bit strange walking through a somewhat empty Eaton Centre but I'm glad I got to experience it like this.
