Here let us talk about the pelvic cavity adhesions which are very important in the ladies of the reproductive age group or otherwise also. Here the organs that is the uterus, tubes, ovaries, and the lower part of the intestine, they either get stuck to each other to the wall of the pelvic cavity. Why we have to deal with adhesions or what is adhesions giving us any trouble otherwise. If adhesion is there it makes bowel movement a little uncomfortable and they collect some fluid inside, the peritoneal fluid and they give pain for the lady and it is always better in such cases that the lady is investigated and we take care of the adhesions. Adhesions are known to repeat and we have to keep a good watch and good follow up of the girls who have undergone adhesiolysis and they should be asked to conceive as early as possible if that is the reason why they have come to us for adhesiolysis.
