Wednesday the 14th. But I couldn't respond. No. I didn't answer any questions because they wanted me to sign documents where I would waive my right to have a lawyer, which I completely refused. And they didn't interview me that day." Reporter: " So what happened?" Venezuelan refugee: "So they left me in a cold room. They told me to count numbers until they decided to open the door for me. Then they took me to the interview with Immigration. My lawyer answered the call and said that it was a completely illegal interview. There. They said whether it was illegal or not, the interview had to be done. They spent about an hour or so arguing. And then they started asking me questions. I said, well, I agreed to do the interview without signing any documents. I agreed. They could only ask me two questions, and those were if I remembered my full name and if I remembered having another name, and my date of birth. Then the lawyer told me not to answer any other questions because the judge had ordered my immediate release from the center." ++BLACK FRAMES++ 15.
