Hello to every viewer of my first full-length cartoon. On this cartoon I spent a lot of time and tried to make as high quality as possible. I want to present to your attention a small scene in which shows one of the many millions of events of the Second World War. The Le Paradis massacre refers to a war crime committed by German forces during World War II. It occurred on May 27, 1940, near the village of Le Paradis in northern France. During the Battle of France, a group of British soldiers from the 2nd Battalion of the Royal Norfolk Regiment found themselves cut off and surrounded by German troops. The British soldiers, numbering around 99 men, surrendered to the Germans expecting to be taken as prisoners of war according to the rules of war. However, the German troops, belonging to the SS Division Totenkopf (Death's Head), instead massacred the British prisoners. They forced the soldiers to walk into a field and then machine-gunned them. Many of the soldiers were shot while they were trying to surrender or after they had already surrendered. Only two of the British soldiers survived the massacre, both of whom pretended to be dead and were later rescued. The Le Paradis massacre is one of the infamous incidents of war crimes committed during World War II and it highlighted the brutality of the conflict. After the war, several German soldiers involved in the massacre were tried and convicted for their roles in the killings. The massacre remains a poignant reminder of the horrors of war and the importance of upholding the rules of warfare. #legoww2 #legowar #legostopmotion
