Also it is one of the popular Kolkata Street Food. Ingredients: Large Green Chillies - 5 Pieces Besan / Gram Flour Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Roasted Masala Powder (Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds and Dry Red Chilli) Chopped Coriander Leaves Boiled Potato - 1 Piece Medium size Dry Mango Powder / Amchur Methods of how to make mirchi pakoda: 1. For the stuffing add the mashed potato in a plate. 2.Add Chopped Coriander, Green Chillies (as per taste),1/4 tsp Roasted Masala, 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder, Salt as per taste and Chaat Masala (optional). Mix well. 3. Now put the stuffing inside the jalapenos like this properly. 4. After that take 100 gm Gram Flour and add 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder as per taste, Salt as per taste and add water slowly to make a thick batter. 5. Let it rest for 15 mins. 6. After heating up oil dip the jalapenos in the batter and add in the oil. 7. Fry them till Golden Brown and take them out. 8. Serve them hot with Sauce, Chutney or Puffed Rice.
