Recording this song was fun. We stomped around, experimented with mics, and there was no pressure to do anything but be creative. The energy was good and I believe that becomes imbedded into the recording itself. I believe people who are sensitive to it can feel it. Creating a visual to accompany that type of recording and amplify that feeling has always felt like the final piece to the puzzle for me. I've been a visual artist for much longer than I've been writing songs, so maybe that explains why my brain is wired this way, but the ideas for a video come line by line as I'm writing and sometimes seem unattainable or too far out there. But, if you've been following along then you know that lucky for me, I've got a talented brother ‪@FisherFilmedit‬ who is just as ambitious and is as big of a perfectionist as I am to help me film and navigate through the process.
