🍝 Creamy Bowtie Pasta with Chicken, Ham & Tomatoes 📝 Ingredients: Farfalle (bowtie pasta) — 250 g Chicken fillet — 300 g Ham — 150 g Tomatoes (cherry or regular) — 2–3 Heavy cream (20–30%) — 50 ml Hard cheese (Parmesan or your favorite) — 80–100 g Olive oil or butter — for frying Salt & black pepper — to taste Dried oregano or Italian herbs — optional Fresh parsley or basil — for garnish 👩🍳 Instructions: Cook the pasta Boil the bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 2–3 tablespoons of pasta water. Prepare the ingredients Slice the chicken into strips, cut the ham into thin pieces, and chop the tomatoes. Cook the chicken Heat oil or butter in a pan and cook the chicken until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ham cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Make the creamy sauce Pour in the cream, add herbs, stir well, and simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes. Combine with pasta Add the pasta and tomatoes to the sauce. Mix gently. Add a little pasta water if needed. Add cheese Stir in the grated cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. 🍽 Serving: Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs and extra cheese on top.
