My next player profile interview, this time with defender/midfielder Paul Tansey who started today's cup game at left back and performed amazingly well in the back line. Tyncastle 0-0 Hawick Royal Albert (4-1 after penalties) It was a very competitive game today with both teams playing some nice football on a not so great surface, However it was Hawick who had the better of the game but unfortunately couldn't break down the home sides defence. Tyncastle pushed towards the end looking for a winner and probably should have nicked it at the end however some fantastic saves from the Hawick keeper kept the game all sqaure. The game went to penalties which Tyncastle proved to be strong and won 4-1. We would like to wish all the best and a speedy recovery to the Tyncastle player who was carried off in a lot of pain during the first half.
