Preserving fresh herbs from your garden, or even from the store, is the best way to have nutritious, tasty, and healthy herbs to season your food throughout the winter. In this video, I use the Instant Pot Duo Crisp Air Fryer to dehydrate my herbs. It is foolproof and easy. I tried drying herbs in the oven but I kept burning them because I could not set my oven temperature low enough. I would dry herbs by hanging them upside all over the house but we got tired of running into hanging bunches of herbs.
