Wellness and Healing: Tibetan Buddhist Healing Practices with Zasep Rinpoche

This teaching on Tibetan Healing came from a Mahamudra retreat, taught by H.E. Zasep Rinpoche. He answered the questions of three students who asked about Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana healing practices for self and others. Rinpoche recommended Medicine Buddha practice, and the more wrathful healing practice of Black Manjushri (especially for Cancer). He pointed out how to practice with/ or without initiation in the Tantric healing deities.
