They may also become aggressive towards other dog's in the house, territorial and hump things when they are intact. Personality wise, I think female dog's are more alert and intuitive. Like women. They are affectionate and sweet and usually play slightly more gentle with kids. In my opinion I feel like my female dog's pay more attention to details with training and my verbal cues than my males. But I also feel like my females can be a bit suborn to get what they want. Spaying and neutering your male or female dog will prevent these hormonal issues and either gender can then be a great companion where you do not need to worry about their canine matting instinctual behaviors. 4️⃣4: Male vs female sterilization surgery Male dog's go through an easier neuter surgery and recovery and their surgery may cost less than a female dog.
