True Buds Show Notes John Doromal is a Bodybuilder and Personal Trainer. John doesn't smoke before workouts, its more for recuperation. John used Cannabis before bed it really helps recovery. Cannabis is such a great natural sleep aid. Jack and John are going to do a Cannabis Workout. Jack likes to smoke just a couple hits before working out. John has been lean bulking. John isn't trying to rush into anything. John is on his way to becoming a Pro. Jack has been doing a 21 day transformation. You have to earn your carbs. A full body workout once a week. John has been doing alot more heavy lifting. Working out is like dating a chick. Jack and John talk funny gym stories. The gym can be a nice release after work.
