Keto 5 Day Egg Fast Review | How I lost 8 lbs on the Keto Egg Fast

In this video, I give you a review and recap on the keto 5 day egg fast and my total less on keto 5 day egg fast. The total loss is 8.0 lbs on the keto 5 day egg fast. I ate a total of 37 eggs on the 5 day egg fast. I drank over 100 ounces every day and made sure I took electrolyte supplements. I did have some digestion issues for the first 3 days and the other 2 days I was fine. I also drank 1 coke zero during the 5 day keto egg fast and did not take any pre-workout supplements. I only had one day where I felt a surge of energy, the rest of the days I was pretty tired. Overall, I enjoyed the keto 5 day egg fast however I’m not in a hurry to do another for a long time.
