Community reading program

River Flow International- Science Teachers Initiative has rolled out a community reading program to keep children active and engaged during the lockdown. Children are given storybooks (Science readers) on societal issues and with the guidance of their parents, and a teacher they read the books to build their literacy skills and acquire knowledge to apply in their day to day life. After a week, the pupils have an interaction with a teacher to evaluate their understanding of the concepts and also put into practice what they learned.
