Let's go! Khaosan Road (or sometimes Khao San Road) is a walking street in the center of Bangkok in Thailand. The place was constructed in 1892 and it was a rice market at the time. Due to its cheap accommodation, it is a popular destination for young foreign tourists and backpackers. The location is convenient, many of Bangkok's tourist attractions are nearby. There are also many travel agencies, transportation services, guesthouses, eataries, street food and shops. In the night it is a entertainment center of Bangkok with many pubs and clubs. Khaosan Road is therefore a very popular gathering place for tourists from all over the world.
