In this deep practice of conscious breathing and pranayama, we calm the mind so we can listen to the intelligence of the heart. When the mind becomes quiet and ordered, an inner space appears where we can more clearly feel the voice of the heart. From this place arises a deep guidance that directs us toward the most authentic path for our life. In this session we will practice different breathing techniques that help mobilize energy, calm the nervous system, and open a space of deeper inner presence. The practice includes: • Circular breathing • Breath retentions (Kumbhaka) • Breath of Fire (Kapalabhati) • Intense Bhastrika breathing • Alternate nostril breathing (Anuloma Viloma) • Guided meditation We will finish with a meditation in the fullness of the heart, allowing the energy of the practice to integrate and resting in a state of inner calm and clarity. On our website you will find a space dedicated to conscious evolution through courses, classes, retreats, and guidance in yoga, conscious breathing, and meditation. What you might feel: It is normal to experience sensations such as tingling, lightheadedness, or even a slight ringing in the ears during the practice. These responses are common when oxygen flow and energy increase. If the sensation becomes too intense, simply stop, sit calmly, and return to normal breathing. Remember: this practice is a way to connect with yourself safely and respectfully. Move gently and with awareness. #Pranayama #AnulomaViloma #breathwork
