Be sure to follow her here: / sashahfierce Ingredients: ¾ Cup Vegan Butter [softened] ⅓ Cup Cane Sugar ⅔ Cup Brown Sugar ¼ Cup Almond Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 ½ Cup All Purpose Flour 1 ¼ Cup Almond Meal / Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda ½ Cup Chopped Pecans 2 Cups Semi-Sweet [dairy-free] Chocolate Chips Cooking Instructions: Use a standing or hand mixer to cream together the following until light and fluffy: ¾ Cup Vegan Butter [softened] ⅓ Cup Cane Sugar ⅔ Cup Brown Sugar – until light and fluffy Add in: ¼ Cup Almond Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract In a separate bowl combine: 1 ½ Cup AP Flour 1 ¼ Cup Almond Meal / Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda – mix in to sugar + butter Fold in: ½ Cup Chopped Pecans 2 Cups Semi-Sweet [dairy-free] Chocolate Chips Chill prepared dough for 15 mins.
