My Personal Tip: Whether you are doing Chest, Back, or Shoulders, I always like to finish with a bit of Arm work (Biceps or Triceps) to maintain that arm physique. I also recommend dedicating one full day a week just to Arms! A Little About My Journey: I used to be very active in the gym, but life happened, and I had a long gap. I struggled to be consistent, but now I am back!
