César Alejandro Carrillo is a Venezuelan conductor and composer living in Caracas. Carrillo studied composition with Modesta Bor in Venezuela and has also studied with diverse international conductors such as Robert Sund (Sweden), Vic Nees (Belgium), Alice Parker (USA), and Ernani Aguiar (Brazil).
