Welcome to the latest ID Refusal video where we expose unlawful detention and police overreach. Knowing your 4th Amendment and civil liberties is the most powerful legal weapon to protect yourself from unnecessary trouble. In the first segment, we witness an intense confrontation on a New York subway. A citizen is surrounded by police and ordered to leave simply for singing on the train. Despite repeatedly asking if he is being detained, the officers refuse to give a clear answer but still use physical force to restrain him. This is a prime example of law enforcement ignoring Terry v Ohio and deliberately escalating a situation without any reasonable articulable suspicion of an actual crime. Moving to the second part, the scene shifts to a school campus where a father is falsely accused by administrators who call the police to trespass him. When officers demand his identification, the father firmly refuses because he has committed no crime. A fierce battle of wits ensues as law enforcement threatens to find other charges to arrest him. However, his deep understanding of the constitution helps this man completely stop all retaliatory arrest attempts by the police. Finally, we arrive at a brilliant defense of private property. Animal control and police attempt to enter a citizens backyard to check on pets without a warrant. The homeowner stands his ground behind a no trespassing sign, uses his absolute right to remain silent, and refuses to provide any personal information. With calmness and legal knowledge, he forces all the officers to retreat without being able to issue a single citation.
