#ondeonde #pandangulamelaka #buttercookies   This is not the same as my Ondeh-Ondeh tarts recipe.  Maybe next time I’ll make a video for the Ondeh-Ondeh tarts.   This is a PGM butter cookie but richer in taste with the additional santan ingredient.    Some call it ondeh-ondeh and some pandan gula Melaka… what’s the difference?  They both use pandan extract, gula Melaka and coconut in some way, be it cakes, cookies or anything else that you bake.  Whatever you call it, I love it!   If you’ve tried this recipe, take a photo of it and tag me to your IG or FB @mybakehouse.
