Last month, Air France released their new business class suites on just 3 B777-300ERs. By the end of this year it will be equipped on 12. This is my experience flying on the best business class flight I've ever taken. This trip report flight was on F-GZNS from New York JFK to Paris CDG on AF15. I was scheduled to depart on AF23 an hour before but the gate agents were gracious enough to move me to AF15 so I could experience the new product and wow was it worth it. Booked by transferring points to Virgin Atlantic and only $240 in taxes/fees. Special thanks to the aviation photographers who allowed me to use their excellent pictures in this video: Rui Marques, Henry Chow, William Verguet, and Thanh Ho. Dinner Menu: Starter: Maine lobster and tangy fennel salad Dish: Pot-au-feu style braised beef Chicken supreme, chorizo, and Espelette pepper emulsion, potato puree with garlic and bell peppers confit "Souvenir from Camargue" cod, red rice, buerre blanc sauce and turnips Orecchiette pasta with creamy butternut squash and zucchini Cheese: The day's selection Dessert: Trio of mini pastries Champagne: Fleur De Champagne 1er Cru Duval Leroy White: 2021 Pouilly-Fume La Perriere Domaine Saget 2021 Chablis Jean-Marc Brocard Vielles Vignes de Sainte-Claire Red: 2021 Saint-Joseph Les Lauves Jean-Luc Colombo 2017 Saint-Estephhe Chateau Lilian Ladouys Chapters: 0:00-0:05 Intro 0:05-0:27 Lounge 0:27-1:09 Explanation 1:09-2:56 Boarding/Seat 2:57-3:26 Dinner 3:26-3:48 Bed time 3:48-4:18 Breakfast 4:20-4:57 Final Thoughts/Landing Air France new business class on their 777-300ER from New York to Paris is something I'll definitely try to experience again.
