In the Republic of Guinea, we use basketball and other sporting activities as powerful tools to engage, support and keep children from underprivileged communities in education. Over the past two years, our focus has been on training and certifying local coaches, empowering them to mentor and guide children within their own communities. Through this programme, children receive regular training sessions that promote teamwork, confidence, discipline and social skills, while also encouraging consistent school attendance and academic progress. Today, more children than ever are reconnecting with education through basketball. But to reach even more young lives, we need your support. Your contribution will help us provide essential equipment and resources, ensuring children stay mentally and physically healthy, remain in school and develop a sense of purpose so they can envision brighter futures beyond the challenges of poverty. We are currently seeking sponsors to help us resurface the court, enabling us to continue providing sports facilities for school children.
