For more information about our label printers and applicators visit us at dtm-print.eu There are two different ways to reactivate your Primera cartridge, which will be explained in this video.Please note, that no matter which option you choose, make sure to repeat the steps of each option until the ink pattern on the paper towel looks like the picture on the right. All 3 colors should be clearly visible. Option 1: Place a wet paper towel or cloth on a table. Then press the cartridge with the integrated print head onto the paper towel and knock 3 to 5 times on the cartridge. Afterward wipe the bottom of the cartridge on the paper towel to clean off the print head. As said in the introduction please repeat all steps until all three colors are clearly visible on the paper towel. Option 2: Fill a bowl with warm water and place a dry paper towel next to it. Put the cartridge in the water for about 10 seconds. Make sure that only the print head is under the water. Take out the cartridge and wipe the bottom of the cartridge on the paper towel until all three colors are clearly visible.
