Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the apples and stir until coated. Pour over the water and give everything another big stir. For the crumble, mix the oats, almond meal, maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a bowl. Sprinkle over the apples.
