In many people’s experience the ‘everywhere’ part is a little easier to grasp than the ‘everything’ bit. In this video I explain how everything that appears to exist is in fact made of awareness and hopefully bring us closer to a deep understanding. First we must become aware of being aware in the first place, the awareness of being is consciousness, it ordinarily falls into the background of experience and so we overlook it in favour of paying attention to what we are aware OF instead of the AWARENESS ITSELF. So beginning here by becoming totally aware of awareness itself and bringing consciousness into the primary experience of Being. Once that is established we could consider the prism as a metaphor for how the mind refracts consciousness into the multiplicity and diversity we see in the universe. The prism refracts light it does not create light. Although everything appears very different, ultimately the only thing you are actually ever aware of is experience itself.
