Their strength has always been the enormous Central Park and clubhouse to complement the lifestyle of the residents along with the available amenities such as Methodist High School, Hospital Sungai Buloh, and etc. Now with the brand new completion of all the major highways, the connectivity elements for the residents are greatly improved. Their products has always been everyone's favourite as they are spacious and they are freehold. Also, they are within the sweet spot of having a grand entrance with securities without the hefty maintenance fees. Within the cluster home arrangement for Quinton, all spaces are delightful and well designed. This is because they have done this so many times already. The best part is owners will still get to customize the house to their liking as they are individual titled. From the gentle slopes to the generous ceiling heights and smart design approach, owners will get to enjoy 3 facades with extra land within the side profile. However, I'm not a fan of individual titled housing formats due to the flexibilities owners have. But this is entirely up to personal preferences. Also, I'm glad that the team is gonna be improving the main road access from the highway into the township along with their expansion. The surprise for me would be the brand new mall! That really shows the growth in population within this address along with the adjacent neighborhoods.
