In an exclusive conversation, Sudhir Singh, CEO of Coforge, speaks to Business Today to decode the company’s Q3 FY26 earnings, a quarter marked by steady revenue growth but margin pressure from one-time costs. Coforge reported a 5% sequential rise in revenue to ₹4,188 crore, even as net profit declined 33.4% to ₹250.2 crore, primarily due to ₹118 crore in one-time expenses linked to the implementation of Labour Codes. EBIT came in largely flat at ₹559 crore, with EBIT margins slipping 70 basis points to 13.4%. The company also announced an interim dividend for the quarter. Singh offers clarity on whether the labour cost impact is now fully behind the company, the outlook for margin normalisation, and whether current levels represent the floor for profitability. He also discusses the drivers behind the revenue uptick, the role of key verticals and AI-led deals, and how much of Coforge’s $593 million large-deal order intake is expected to translate into near-term revenue. The conversation further explores Coforge’s deal pipeline visibility, attrition trends, hiring outlook for FY27, and the company’s strategic stance on M&A and expansion following the Encora acquisition—highlighting why Coforge is choosing focus over diversification in the years ahead. #ITServices #SudhirSingh #Earnings #Dividend #IndianIT #BusinessToday #Q3Results #Coforge #LabourCodes #EncoraDeal #MarketOutlook ----------------------- Thank You for watching!
