Recording of a panel discussion from August 26th 2022. The discussion was part of a Solidarity Day with Ukraine. The event was organised by In Feminis Veritas in partnership with Vitsche and the Junge DGO. The Solidarity Day focused on Ukraine and the impact the war has had on FLINTA* people. Justice for Survivors: International Law and Wartime Sexual Violence in Ukraine In a discussion with experts on international law and sexual violence, this panel explores topics such as how wartime sexual violence is prosecuted in the international court system and how our international institutions can become more effective at prosecuting these crimes. Additionally, how national laws can be strengthened to ensure critical care for refugees who are the victims of wartime sexual violence, such as access to health care and mental health resources?
