Steam or blanch for 3–4 minutes. Squeeze out excess water completely. Step 2: Make the Mixture In a bowl, add cauliflower, mashed potato, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste. Add chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, salt. Mix well. Add rice flour and bread crumbs for binding. Mix into a soft dough-like mixture. Step 3: Shape the Tikki Take small portions and shape into round or oval patties. Coat lightly with bread crumbs for extra crispiness. Step 4: Fry the Tikki Heat oil in a pan.
